Reviews About Sensa

By Stephanie Roese

There seems to be a great deal of attention for this new diet product called Sensa. The product was developed by Dr. Alan Hirsch and hit the market fairly recently. The Sensa diet requires no behavior modification on your part, rather you just sprinkle the Sensa tastants on your food, much like you do with condiments and watch the pounds shed off over time. The idea is that the 'tastants', which are flavored and scented, will stimulate your brain into fooling your body that you feel full and have eaten enough food.

It's a pretty amazing concept to which several people have voiced their opinions about it. If you Google Sensa reviews, you will find many positive, but you will also find some negative things written about it. But like everything else on the internet, how sure can you be that these reviews are genuine and have not been posted by a rival site owner, or someone promoting a rival site to generate traffic and attract interest to his own site which is coincidentally selling a rival product?

I'm not going to sit here and say that all of the negative things written were definitely done so by the competition, but consider the idea that this product is extremely popular right now, so it makes you think a bit.

If you want to see what people are saying about Sensa, try Googling diet forums or blogs. If you're like me and use Amazon.com to buy products, you may come across a review by a lady named J. Santana. At the time of writing her review, she lost 5 LB with Sensa and her advice was that you try using it on a month-to-month basis and assess each month whether or not it is giving you the results you want. As she points out, it might not work for everyone, but it has worked for her and is worth a try.

Sensa has customer reports on their site. However the people are celebrities and you would not expect them to knowingly endorse a product unless it has genuinely had a positive effect. When you are in the public eye, you have to carefully engineer your every step or you will be eaten alive.

The star of "Millionaire Matchmaker", Patty Stanger, lost 20 pounds while using Sensa. She went from a size 8 to a size 4. It is hard to imagine that she would take any risk in promoting something that doesn't work as she is such a rising star. Some other familiar faces on Bravo, Tamra and Eddie from the "Real Housewives of Orange County", are also endorsing the product. While it might be a good idea to read about what people have to say about Sensa, it's a good idea to try it out for one month to see how you fare with it. We have a whole Website dedicated to the topic of Sensa which answers the most pressing questions right now. We also provide links to places offering deals on Sensa and other hot diet products. Be sure to check it out!
